Training and Capacity Building

 

To strength local health systems by building Clinical, Laboratory, Pharmaceutical, and administrative capacity – improving quality of care, care delivery, patient safety, and sustainable service delivery across participating facilities.
 

Our Target:

 

Nurses (general, midwives, outpatient/inpatient), Laboratory Scientists/technologists, Pharmacy Technicians/Pharmacists, Medical Doctors (general practitioners and Clinical Offers), Health facility administrators and managerial staff.
 

Core Objectives:
 

Standardize Clinical best practices appropriate to local disease burden (maternal and child health, non-communicable diseases).

Improve Diagnostic accuracy and lab quality management.

​

Strengthen medicine management, establish supply chain reliability and reduce medicine cost.

​

Enhance Clinical decision-making and procedural skills for doctors and nurses.

​

Build leadership, data use, finance, HR and compliance skills for administrators.

Blended learning: in-person clinical training and e-learning resources

         iii.   On-site mentorship and supportive supervision visits
 

Sustainability
 

  • Train-the-trainer model to build local faculty

  • Integration with facility quality improvement plans

  • Periodic refresher through in-person facility visits and remote coaching
